For the purpose of registration and the effective administration of the 9th Korea-France New Industries Technology Cooperation Forum, the Korea Institute for Advancement of Technology (KIAT) collects and processes personal information in accordance with the Personal Information Protection Act of the Republic of Korea and other applicable laws and regulations.

□ Retention and Use Period
Personal information will be retained and used for one (1) year from the date of conclusion of the event.
Upon expiration of the retention period, the information will be securely deleted or destroyed without undue delay, unless a longer retention period is required by applicable law.

However, where the requested information is necessary for participant registration, identity verification, or event administration, refusal to provide such information may result in restrictions on your ability to register for or participate in the Forum.

Connectors Co., Ltd. is responsible for:
- Operating the participant registration system
- Managing participant registration information
- Sending event-related notices and communications
- Preparing name badges
- Managing on-site registration and access
- Responding to participant inquiries
- Supporting on-site event operations
- Performing other administrative services necessary for the operation of the Forum
□ Processing Period
The outsourced processing will continue until the completion of the relevant event operations or until the applicable personal information retention period expires.
Connectors Co., Ltd. will process personal information only within the scope necessary to perform the entrusted services and will implement appropriate administrative, technical, and physical safeguards in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
[Consent to the Provision of Personal Information to Third Parties]
For the purposes of jointly organizing and operating the Forum, verifying participants, sharing event results, and supporting Korea-France industrial and technological cooperation activities, personal information may be provided to the following third parties where necessary.

- Domestic and international host, organizing, and partner institutions involved in the Forum
- Korean and French institutions directly involved in the operation of the Forum

- Coordination among host, organizing, and partner institutions
